License Expired Even After I Renewed

SUMMARY

After you renew your software you still get a message from PC Tattletale telling you to renew it.

SYMPTOMS

Renewal Screen continues to appear even after you renew your license.

CAUSE

PC Tattletale has not been able to confirm that the software was renewed.

RESOLUTION

To fix this problem:

1. Open PC Tattletale
2. Choose "Register Software" in the Upper left of the PC Tattletale Window.
3. You will see your license number in the box provided.
4. Press the OK button
5. Restart your computer

After you restart your computer PC Tattletale will work correctly.
